Located within the Harbour Green residences in Coal Harbour, this two-bedroom Vancouver condominium was transformed through a bespoke furnishing package and discreet interior renovations, creating a refined and highly livable urban home. Andrea Rodman Interiors led the furnishing and interior design for the residence, tailoring the space to reflect the clients’ international lifestyle and appreciation for art, comfort, and craftsmanship.
Positioned steps from Stanley Park, the Pacific Rim Hotel, and Vancouver’s waterfront, the residence captures expansive city and ocean views while maintaining a strong connection to its urban surroundings. The layout includes generous open-concept living spaces and a 1,500 sq ft terrace designed to support both entertaining and relaxed daily living.
The design approach was informed by the clients’ global travels and affinity for vibrant tones, sculptural furnishings, and layered interiors. A curated collection of international pieces was selected to bring warmth, individuality, and visual depth to the home, while custom-designed sofas and bespoke beds were developed specifically for the residence to ensure a seamless integration with the architecture of the space.
Throughout the interiors, refined detailing and thoughtful material selections create a sophisticated atmosphere that balances elegance with livability. The result is a highly personalized Coal Harbour residence that feels both internationally influenced and deeply connected to Vancouver’s waterfront lifestyle.
This project reflects the studio’s approach to creating timeless residential interiors that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place.
