This inviting family home spans an impressive 10,000 sq ft and boasts a design aesthetic rooted in minimalism and natural elements. Its T-shaped layout creates two open courtyards — one at the front and another at the rear — while various wings and rooms ensure privacy. Our main challenge was to reflect the design preferences of both homeowners: one leaning towards tradition and the other embracing a more modern style.
Our goal was to capture the sophistication and tranquility inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese interior design influences, while adding French accents like rattan and applied moulding details to strike a unique balance that resonates with our clients' tastes. The home is filled with natural light streaming through large windows that seamlessly connect the interiors with the exteriors, exuding a serene elegance.
Carefully selected furniture pieces were chosen to help the owners build a timeless collection. An impressive art collection, featuring works by renowned artists like David T. Alexander, Bobbie Burgers, and Brooke Holm, was thoughtfully curated. We collaborated with art consultants from Europe to find the perfect pieces for this exceptional home. Our aim was to capture the individuality of our clients and create a warm, minimalistic space they would cherish for years to come.
