With breathtaking views of the Lions Gate Bridge, the primary objective of this extensive renovation project was to seamlessly integrate the interior of the residence with its lush and rugged surroundings, located in the British Properties in West Vancouver. Our approach entailed a focus on enhancing the elegance of every doorway and entrance within the home, characterized by distinctive detailing, including recessed handles, wooden hardware, and millwork casing details. These elements were thoughtfully chosen to harmonize with the rich, natural wood components featured in the carefully crafted millwork and flooring throughout the residence.

Drawing inspiration from contemporary international aesthetics and employing a soothing, monochromatic color palette, our interior design concept resulted in a space that exudes freshness and tactility. The homeowners, with their refined and eclectic taste, brought their unique art collection, amassed over time, to the forefront, thereby establishing it as the central focal point of the residence. Meanwhile, the architectural aspects of the interior remained deliberately understated, allowing for the creation of multiple layers that contribute to the overall sophistication of this multifaceted home.

In the kitchen, Bianco Carrara marble envelops the hood fan and backsplash, introducing depth and texture to the space. The stone fireplace surround, characterized by ribbed cut detailing, introduces subtle visual drama, serving as a grounding element within the overarching simplicity of the design. The culmination of these design choices was to create a sanctuary where our discerning executive clients could retreat, drawing inspiration from the breathtaking views and being enveloped by a uniquely personalized interior.
